Temp-to-Hire | $20.50 - $21.00/hr | 12-Hour Rotating Shifts

Join a reputable food manufacturing facility in Penn Yan, NY as a Warehouse Associate. This role is perfect for reliable, hardworking individuals eager to grow in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shift Options (Rotating Schedule):

Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Enjoy consistent 3-day weekends every other week with a max of 3 consecutive workdays!

What You'll Do:

Safely operate forklifts to move product and materials throughout the warehouse

Load and unload trucks and storage areas efficiently

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping

Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with documentation

Keep your work area clean and follow all safety guidelines

Support team members and perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Strong communication skills and a cooperative, team-focused attitude

Previous warehouse or food industry experience a plus, but not required
