Description We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist to provide exceptional administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This Contract position is based in Watertown, Massachusetts, and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to organizational efficiency while honing your organizational and detail-oriented skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain calendars to ensure smooth scheduling of appointments and meetings.

Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including organizing documents and handling correspondence.

Coordinate and book travel arrangements, ensuring all details are accurately managed.

Handle export and import documentation with attention to detail and compliance.

Facilitate conference calls, ensuring effective communication and preparation of required materials. Requirements - Proven experience in calendar management and scheduling.

Strong background in administrative support and organizational tasks.

Familiarity with booking travel arrangements and coordinating itineraries.

Knowledge of export and import documentation processes.

Excellent communication skills, particularly in managing conference calls.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
