Overview
The Sr. Manager, Data & AI Products- Enterprise Services will lead the vision, development, and management of AI-enabled digital platform solutions that support core enterprise functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources. As part of the Data & AI Organization, this role plays a critical part in embedding intelligence, automation, and advanced analytics into enterprise platforms to drive scalable transformation, optimize operations, and enhance user experience.
The Data & AI Products Manager works cross-functionally with enterprise service teams, data scientists, GenAI specialists, ML engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact, data-driven solutions. This role is responsible for shaping AI-driven product strategies, overseeing execution, and ensuring that enterprise platform investments deliver measurable business value.
Responsibilities
Sets and owns the long-term vision and strategy for enterprise service platforms (e.g., Finance, HR, and Supply Chain) in partnership with business stakeholders and Data & AI teams.
Defines the mission, goals, OKRs, KPIs, and charter for their enterprise platform(s) to ensure success and alignment with company-wide transformation initiatives.
Communicates the platform mission and strategy clearly to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Manages the product lifecycle of enterprise platforms using a human-centered design approach in an agile, matrixed environment.
Uses qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize initiatives and define high-impact platform features that improve enterprise service delivery.
Collaborates closely with user experience designers, data scientists, and business partners to ensure platform features deliver user-centric and intelligent experiences.
Manages and mentors platform analysts and cross-functional contributors; empowers team members for autonomy and success.
Creates, presents, and maintains the product roadmap for enterprise service platforms, aligning with business priorities and platform scalability goals.
Leads the platform request intake and governance process in collaboration with portfolio leads and business function owners.
Performs analysis on technical, operational, and market considerations to enhance or differentiate enterprise platforms and services.
Evaluates platform positioning and business value to inform investment, sustainment, or retirement decisions.
Acts as the voice of the enterprise service platform(s) in conversations with senior leadership, ensuring clear communication of priorities, value delivery, and outcomes.
Leads or participates in Agile ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Partners with GenAI and Data Science teams to embed intelligent capabilities into enterprise services and report measurable outcomes.
Performs cost-benefit analysis and recommends plans of action based on business impact and efficiency gains.
Works independently on complex enterprise platforms with minimal supervision, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
May be assigned an emergency and storm role as needed during company-wide events or disruptions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience in enterprise IT, digital product management, or platform development.
5+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Strong understanding of enterprise service domains (HR, Finance, Supply Chain).
Experience with Agile product management and platform strategy.
Track record of delivering measurable business impact through data- and AI-enhanced solutions.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with enterprise service platforms such as SAP, Workday, Oracle, or ServiceNow.
Knowledge of GenAI or advanced analytics applications within enterprise services.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with senior leadership.
Ability to manage complexity, prioritize strategically, and lead cross-functional teams.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving alignment in a fast-paced environment.
