We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee production operations in our electroplating facility on assigned shift. The ideal candidate will possess experience in preparing work schedules to ensure efficient operations, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires effective leadership skills to manage a team, optimize workflows, and uphold safety protocols within the factory environment.

Please note: this job will start on 1st shift for up to 4-5 weeks for training.

Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily operations on the assembly line to ensure smooth production flow. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Monitor equipment performance and conduct regular inspections to maintain operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to promote a safe working environment. Collaborate with other departments/shifts to streamline processes and resolve any production issues. Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report on performance to upper management.

Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse setting is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Familiarity with assembly line operations. Proficiency in operating forklifts and other power tools is a plus. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration across departments.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
