Job Purpose
Your core mission is to enable AIG's Marketing & Communications team to leverage analytics to efficiently execute, measure and improve the effectiveness of marketing activities, and quantify the impact of M&C activities on the business
Job Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Develop and deliver best practice approaches to enable initiative owners to plan, execute, measure and optimize the performance of marketing activities, including new customer acquisition, cross sales and retention initiatives, leveraging internal, external and research data as appropriate
Lead the design, development, operation and improvement of performance dashboards that measure M&C's progress towards achieving key business goals
Support the reporting of Japan's performance and business insights to global HQ and actively exchange best practices and know-how with other regions
Partner with the Digital team to implement standard operating frameworks and processes (SOPs) to efficiently monitoring and report marketing KPIs
Support the efficient execution and optimization of digital advertising performance, including developing and deploying SOPs and subject matter expertise to support other teams to meet agreed KPIs, and provide actionable feedback on how to improve the effectiveness of the customer journey
When necessary, able to effectively engage senior management to present plans and receive feedback
Support members of the M&C team to develop and leverage subject matter expertise in the analytics and performance measurement space.
Additionally
Effectively collaborate with and orchestrate other business stakeholders to overcome obstacles and deliver initiatives that meet customer, agent and AIG's needs
Actively partner with the Digital team, IT and external partners to develop and improve AIG's platforms and technical capability for delivering and measuring marketing initiatives
Be a source of ideas and energy to trial new, practical approaches to expand AIG's marketing performance and capabilities in the short term, and to plan a broader, integrated digital transformation in the mid-term.
Work collaboratively with key business partners across all functional areas of the business to ensure strategic alignment of business objectives, business performance, and a consistent brand voice.

Required Skills and Experiences
Educational Qualification
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
Specific Qualifications / Capabilities
Core capabilities:
Experience with marketing and business analytics, setting and measuring performance against KGIs / KPIs
Proficient at proposing different approaches and combining multiple inputs to effectively measure initiative performance
Skilled at engaging initiative owners to determine business requirements, set up and refine reporting outputs, and deliver an effective PDCA process
Technical skills to set up BI dashboards (MS Power Platform) , access IT systems to export data, and some basic coding for analysis
Core technical statistics and modelling knowledge required for analysis
Strong business level Japanese and English
Skills below a plus:
B2B2C / agency model and insurance industry experience
Basic digital marketing domain knowledge including acquisition funnel thinking, marketing automation and analytics tools, SEO and UX
Digital campaign / advertising and media mix experience
Project management, including use of Agile methodologies
Total Experience
More than 5 years' experience and expertise with business analysis, KPI setting, performance management and reporting
At least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing including web marketing analytics and optimization
More than 3 years' experience with design, develop, manage dashboards by Power Platform (Microsoft)
Experience and expertise for "Adobe Experience Cloud", especially AC, AA, AEM, AT, CJA a plus
Digital agency experience, UI/UX, Information Architecture (IA), and Scrum knowledge are plus
