Our client, a leading logistics provider, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the customer support team, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Doral, FL

Pay Range: Starting pay $15-$16hr

Shift: 10:00-7;00pmm, 5 days a week (Sundays and one weekday off)

What's the Job?

Perform job responsibilities with a strong sense of urgency, enthusiasm, and professionalism to maintain high standards consistent with the company's culture and goals.

Prioritize the workflow for cargo movements to ensure customer and vendor satisfaction.

Ensure the timely movement of cargo from origin to destination to fulfill customer's instructions and ensure procedures for taking bookings are always followed.

Coordinate with customs brokers to obtain release documents in a timely manner to maximize productivity of the warehouse.

Process claims paperwork timely and accurately with carriers and verify on-board, forwarding necessary correspondence to customers.

What's Needed?

Preferred Experience - 1 year in customer service.

Bi-lingual in English and Spanish a Plus

Basic computer skills including e-mail, web browsing, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Excellent customer service and vendor relations skills.
