Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Administrator to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse through efficient administrative support. This role involves handling administrative requests, generating key reports, and maintaining effective communication within the department.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leaders, ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations.

Generate reports for managing KPIs and specific departmental discrepancies to facilitate decision-making and improve efficiency.

Manage departmental daily reports and incoming emails, responding in a timely manner to ensure effective workflow.

Project a positive image of the department at all times, fostering a supportive work environment.

Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team's success.

Adhere to policies and procedures regarding health and safety in the workplace, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and your colleagues.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Attention to detail.

Experience in data entry, customer service, inventory management, and administrative assistance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous warehouse administration experience.

Knowledge of logistics, shipping, and receiving processes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hanover Township, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
