Department: Eastwood Behavioral Health Administration.

Location:Rochester Hills with travel to other locations on an as needed basis.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. No weekends.

This position will support the administrative department leader. Candidate should have proficient knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Applications. Experience in managing ongoing tasks without prompting, demonstrated strengths related to taking initiative, organization, and communication.

GENERAL SUMMARY

Provides administrative support for assigned area(s) or program.

Responsibilities:

Prepares and distributes correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications as required.

Schedules and supports preparation for meetings, conferences, programs and/or special events.| May compile and enter information from a variety of sources into computer database(s), verify data, identify issues and research or correct as appropriate.

Receives and screens visitors and telephone calls and handles general inquiries.

Establishes and maintains filing systems. Orders and stocks supplies.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

GED/HS Diploma

1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Proficient Experience in Microsoft Applications such as excel, word and outlook.
