| Title: 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician |

| Status: Full-Time/Hourly (40 hours/week; additional hours as |
| needed to support department and individual goals). |

| Job Summary: |
| To execute miscellaneous maintenance projects, machine repair, and |
| general plant maintenance. |
|
| Essential Job Functions: |
|
|
|
| 1. Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment. |
| 2. Search for and make any necessary repairs on all equipment. |
| 3. Perform monthly safety checks and maintain and ensure that |
| safety-related items are functioning properly. |
| 4. Install and set up new machinery. |
| 5. Follow all lockout, maintenance, and safety procedures. |
| 6. Provide continuous improvement. |
| 7. Keep the work area clean and organized at all times. |
| 8. Other duties as assigned. |
| 9. Complete all necessary paperwork. |
| 10. Follow all IATF16949 / ISO 14001 policies and procedures. |
| 11. Recommend plans and implement equipment needs to improve |
| production efficiency and/or cost reduction procedures. |
| 12. Assist in the layout and modification of electrical and |
| mechanical equipment within the plant. |
| 13. Operate various hand tools and other stationary equipment in |
| performing the needed repairs. Also, maintain these tools and |
| equipment, keeping them in good working condition. |
| 14. Fill out, finish, and file work orders and preventative |
| maintenance plans per the procedure. |
| 15. Serve as an electrician in repairing electrical malfunctions and |
| installing new equipment. |
| 16. Serve as a plumber in assembling, installing, and repairing |
| pipes, fittings, and fixtures on heating, cooling, sewer, and |
| water systems. |
| 17. Open clogged drains and cooling systems in the facility and on |
| the molding presses. |
| 18. Act as a carpenter in the alteration, repair, painting, and |
| maintenance of the building and wood fixtures in the building. |
| 19. Paint machinery as needed. |

| - Knowledge of electrical systems -- 480VAC, 230VAC, 115VAC, and |
| 24VDC |

| - Knowledge of hydraulic systems |
