Description We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. This role requires a skilled individual who can oversee the execution of email campaigns, manage audience segmentation, and ensure compliance within a regulated marketing environment. Responsibilities:

Oversee audience segmentation and manage dynamic list generation using Segment to ensure targeted email campaigns.

Set up, test, and launch email campaigns and automated journeys using Iterable or a comparable marketing automation platform.

Ensure accurate delivery of messages to the appropriate audience at the optimal time.

Monitor campaign performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.

Maintain consistency and adhere to regulatory and compliance standards within a highly regulated marketing environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and sales professionals, to align campaign goals.

Troubleshoot and escalate issues related to campaign performance or technical challenges.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies based on data-driven analysis. Requirements - Proficiency in utilizing Segment for audience segmentation and data management.

Hands-on experience with Iterable or a similar email marketing automation tool.

Strong familiarity with marketing practices within the pharmaceutical industry.

Proven ability to independently develop and launch email campaigns with exceptional attention to detail.

Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards relevant to marketing in highly regulated industries.

Experience in working with B2B or endemic media platforms targeting healthcare professionals is a plus.
