THE POSITION

In this position, you will have the opportunity to act as a strategic liaison between Commonwealth agencies and the Enterprise Technology Services Office ( ETSO), aligning cloud and compute services with business objectives. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Cloud and Compute Customer Success Manager, you will have the opportunity to utilize your extensive background in IT to support and educate stakeholders on standard and nonstandard service offerings; track and manage response to incident and problem escalation; and act as liaison between technical, executive, and customer teams with a focus on Cloud platforms and services. You will be responsible for fostering collaborative relationships and identifying opportunities for innovation, ensuring technology solutions support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. Work involves advocating for agency needs, enhancing service delivery, and promoting technology adoption to optimize business results. Additional responsibilities include:
Providing recommendations for resolution to the problems affecting design and implementation of cloud and compute systems and services
Prioritizing and triaging design and implementation project activities
Reviewing and recommending new technology to further enhance security and reliability
Preparing progress reports
Attending training courses and seminars

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment
Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 2 days per week, pending operational needs. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Ten years of professional information technology experience;or
Six years of professional information technology experience and a bachelor's degree;or
An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
You must possess 3 years of experience in a technical, customer facing role supporting cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP).
You must possess experience working with compute, networking, and storage technologies.
You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements:
You must pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements.
