Job Description Summary

GEHC Digital is a business comprised of products and solutions aimed to improve the efficiency and accuracy of our customers workflow, specifically in the workflow of imaging and diagnosis in the radiology and cardiovascular sectors. This role owns the strategy to deploy over 1000 Commercial (200) and Service (800) professionals to acquire, retain and leverage our products and solutions with our customers.

Primary Products responsible for currently ~$1B annual revenue

PACs - Picture archive and communication system and associated workflow solutions

CVIT - Cardio Vascular information technology

VNA - Vendor Neutral Archive System

RIS - Radiology Information System

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Together with the Product Leaders, build a commercial strategy to win in our global markets

Build effective insource and outsource strategies for customers support throughout the customer lifecycle

Prepare the commercial and service teams for digital shift to selling outcomes and enhancements associated with Edison Platform, AI capabilities and other digital solutions

Drive productivity in our service and installation of our products

Responsible for pricing and incentive program strategies

Experience Requirements

10+ years' experience leading successful commercial and service teams; specifically, in healthcare and digital industries

Experiences with Driving Transformation in Products to Solution Selling; Including SaaS Transformations

Proven ability to Collaborate and Drive Solutions inside and outside their organization

LEAN mindset and experience implementing rigor and operational effectiveness in commercial teams

Culture leader - experience motivating employees as well as creating an inclusive environment

Additional Requirements

Previous sales experience of selling Enterprise IT Software (ERP, Platforms, Tools) for Fortune 500 clients including License re-selling, Services and Support.

Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets

Executive level relationship management

Commercially astute

Ability to travel 50%+

Bachelors degree or equivalent

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $192,000.00-$288,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
