Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Orlando, FL

Pay Rate: $31.00 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to manage and operate warehouse functions including the processing, packaging, storage, and distribution of materials, supplies, and equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, demonstrated experience using SAP , and a solid background in warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, processing, packaging, storage, and shipment of materials.

Maintain accurate records and accountability for all inventory stored within the facility.

Conduct audits of goods received and ensure compliance with documentation and inventory standards.

Coordinate shipping and receiving schedules to optimize material flow and warehouse space utilization.

Ensure all warehouse operations align with company policies and standard operating procedures.

Monitor the maintenance and condition of warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure safety and efficiency.

Prepare and submit required reports related to inventory, shipments, and space management.

Utilize SAP to track materials, manage inventory, and support reporting functions.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse coordinator or logistics role.

Proficient in SAP

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.

Knowledge of warehouse best practices and safety procedures.
