Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker where you will be responsible for picking and filling orders in a fast-paced environment. Most of your work will involve the Hub & Spoke side of the business, focusing on receiving, housing, picking, packing, and shipping products from various locations to distribution centers across the country.

Responsibilities

Receive, house, pick, pack, and ship products efficiently.

Operate equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners.

Handle inventory control, picking, packing, and material handling.

Load and unload shipments with precision.

Ensure accurate inventory tracking and management.

Essential Skills

1+ year of warehouse or order picking experience within retail.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced environment.

Experience standing for the duration of an 8+ hour shift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in warehouse distribution and inventory control.

Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.

Work Environment

This role is within a spacious facility employing around 315 people, with a mix of permanent and temporary staff. Enjoy a flexible dress code with no steel toes required-shorts are permissible, and you will receive a high-vis vest or t-shirt. The facility operates multiple shifts: Shipping PM (6pm-2am), Orderfill PM (4pm-12am), Put Away AM (7am-3pm), and Stocking PM (12:30pm-8:30pm). Overtime is occasionally called on the day. Safety is prioritized with initial training, including forklift safety videos and certification, followed by hands-on floor training.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Harvard, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.10 - $18.50/hr.
