Minimum Qualifications
Two years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Maintains a person centered, recovery orientation to clients regarding their initial paperwork, appointments, attentive to client engagement and readiness to service.
Determines the appropriate clinical staff to bring urgent life-threatening situations to the attention of and assures assistance is initiated.
Serves as primary fee assessor for the clinic. Explains payment/financial policies to people served and answers any questions.
Enters relevant information into the record.
Completes assigned of Orientation Process for personas served.
Notifications of staff of person served arrival.
Manage client portal accounts within the electronic health record including reminders, messages, appointment requests and documents.
Responsible for understanding 3rdparty payer process related to verification, authorization and reauthorization as well as client's responsibility and collections.
Work with the insurance and billing department to actively manage 3rdparty payor clients to ensure quality client care and fiscal responsibility, as appropriate.
