Administrative Coordinator

Our client, a leader in the construction industry, is seeking a Warranty Coordinator to join their team. As a Warranty Coordinator, you will be part of the Warranty department supporting various team members. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warranty Coordinator

Location: Palmetto, FL

Pay Range: $18/ hourly

Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (MON-FRI)

What's the Job?

Coordinate all material, labor, and documentation for homeowner service appointments.

Enter warranty orders in JDE and ensure timely material arrival according to service dates.

Schedule installers and/or Service Technicians for service appointments.

Compile all order data, communication, and completed paperwork for record-keeping.

Field calls from Service Technicians and homeowners, providing updates and resolving issues.

What's Needed?

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills.

Experience in Oracle, JD Edwards, SAP, and/or PeopleSoft is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on creative solutions.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

2-3 years of practical customer service experience in the construction industry preferred.
