Our client, a leading logistics provider, is seeking an Administrative Logistics Clerk to join their team. As an Administrative Logistics Clerk, you will be part of the logistics department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Logistics Clerk

Location: East Fishkill, NY

Pay Range: $24.00 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00pm- 2:00 am

What's the Job?

Perform various office and administrative duties, including handling accounts payable/receivable and collections.

Conduct audits of logs and trip reports, ensuring compliance with DOT reporting requirements.

Maintain and distribute route books while interfacing daily with drivers to assist with coverage and overflow freight.

Manage the daily/weekly tracking of pallets and audit driver logs to ensure accuracy.

Provide exceptional customer service and resolve driver equipment requests efficiently.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities.

Effective communication skills to interact with team members and drivers.

Attention to detail for accurate data entry and reporting.
