Job Title: Administrative Support Representative/ Customer Support Representative

Job Description

Join a dynamic environment providing customer service and administrative support for a Toll Collections company primarily serving Louisiana. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries related to the GeauxPass and ensuring smooth operations within the customer service center.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for public customer service issues.

Respond to public calls and provide general information and service regarding the GeauxPass.

Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the customer service center and GeauxPass operations.

Process credit card and e-check payments for replenishment or violation payments.

Open cases for unresolved customer inquiries.

Handle customer complaints and research and adjust account discrepancies as requested.

Process and reply to emails and cases from customers.

Manage customer disputes.

Process web correspondence to answer questions and assist customers.

Handle the closing of customer accounts and submit requests for refunds when necessary.

Update invoices, violation payments, customer payments, or accounts to keep demographic, vehicle, and credit card information current.

Essential Skills

Customer service experience.

Call center experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Computer operation skills.

Inbound call handling.

Bilingual capabilities.

Customer support skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

1-3 years of relevant experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent attendance history.

Work Environment

The role is based in a cubicle call center, requiring 100% in-office presence. The work hours are ONSITE from 10 AM to 6:30 PM, with mandatory training from 9:30 AM to 6 PM for 5-8 days. The office offers a small start-up family environment with great benefits, including 100% medical coverage, free parking, and a convenient location for lunch. Compensation is $18 an hour with consideration of $19/hour for Spanish-speaking candidates

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
