Our Senior Recruiter is responsible for executing all aspects of the recruiting strategy, which involves:

Partnering closely with client leadership to deeply understand their teams and hiring needs building strong candidate pipelines

Acting as a talent advisor and subject matter expert for leadership

Taking a data driven strategy to provide insights into the health of the hiring pipeline, provide direction, and training to partners

Contributing to growth by proactively developing and refining processes and serving as a thought partner for the rest of the team

Sourcing and identify passive candidates to build teams through use of Boolean, online tools, and unique sourcing techniques

Identifying new ways to build awareness of the client in new hiring markets

Essential Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences:

Seeking a minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience

English written and spoken professional proficiency

A desire to represent yourself, KellyOCG, and the client with integrity and courtesy

An understanding of recruiting metrics and how to utilize them to influence hiring decisions
