Warehouse Operations Team Member - Hebron, KY

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including forklift operation, unloading freight, separating cargo, inspecting packaging, receiving freight using our MSE AS400 system, labeling and banding freight, staging freight, and loading trucks. We are looking for a team player who is flexible, focused on continuous improvement, and takes ownership of the warehouse. Call/Text Kim @ 502-977-5485!

Pay Rate: $18-$21 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

Operate a forklift (certification not required, training provided by MSE).

Unload freight from trucks and separate cargo based on delivery destination.

Inspect freight to ensure packaging is in good condition.

Receive freight systematically using the MSE AS400 system (training provided).

Label and band freight for export.

Place received freight into designated staging areas.

Prepare freight for export operations by labeling and placing it in the shipping lane.

Load freight onto trucks.

Drive continuous improvement activities and take ownership of the warehouse.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.

Ability to operate a forklift (certification not required, training provided).

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Ability to work in a changing environment and adapt to new processes.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Strong focus on continuous improvement.
