Are you a highly organized, people-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic office environment? We're looking for aReceptionist / Office Administratorto join our team part-time and be the welcoming face of our office while supporting key administrative and HR functions.

What You'll Do

Front Desk & Guest Services

Operate the switchboard and manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism.

Greet and assist guests, applicants, and visitors, ensuring a seamless handoff to internal contacts.

Administrative Support

Process incoming/outgoing mail and invoices.

Maintain office equipment and central supply areas.

Provide general administrative support: file management, document creation, scanning, and word processing.

Office & Event Coordination

Assist with catering, meeting room setup, and cleanup.

Manage office and kitchen supply inventory and orders.

Support internal events and celebrations.

HR & Employee Support

Maintain employee records and HR files.

Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.

Help manage the Service Award program and distribute employee gifts.

Run standard HR reports and maintain benefits materials.

What You Bring

Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

2+ years of experience in front desk, administrative, or office support roles.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with HR administrative tasks (preferred).

Familiarity with ADP systems (a plus).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
