Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is skilled in customer service, multitasking, and communication. The role is entirely office-based and provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-volume workflow.

Responsibilities:

Manage and organize administrative tasks to support daily office operations.

Handle incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries from clients and external stakeholders.

Input and maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other systems.

Assist with preparing and reviewing closing documents and entries.

Coordinate communications with realtors, attorneys, and buyers to ensure smooth transactions.

Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing various client needs.

Adapt quickly to high-volume workloads and maintain efficiency under tight deadlines.

Collaborate with team members during training and transition periods to ensure seamless onboarding.

Perform data entry and maintain organized documentation.

Provide support for pre-closing and post-closing processes as needed. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Salesforce.

Excellent customer service abilities and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.

Familiarity with closing processes and related documentation.

Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to evolving tasks.

High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Availability to work in-office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. TalentMatch®
