Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Novi, Mi

Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: $22.00-25.00 per hour

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Overview:

Kelly Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant Located in Novi, MI . This is a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity offering consistent hours, a supportive team environment, and room for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with Owner, Insurance Adjusters and Project Managers

Make calls to give owners reminders, appointments

Review open reports and update project with any emails that come in.

Gmail, Word, Excel knowledge .

Morning meetings - share laptop screen to show any project updates and "to-do's" for the day with Project Manager and team

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Previous Administrative Assistant experience in a supporting role.

Intermediate in Microsoft office including Word & Excel.

QuickBooks a plus.

Experience in presenting in meetings.

Outgoing Friendly Personality, go getter attitude.

Excellent organizational skills.

Dependable and team-oriented
