Work Schedule: Sunday-Thursday
Possible weekend work (Flexibility as needed)

Job Summary:
The JBS Pork team is seeking a 2nd Shift Alley Buyer.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervise hourly union workers
Duties/Responsibilities:
Receive and evaluate hogs as they arrive at the plant
Count and sort off-quality hogs
Supervise hourly union workforce in completion of duties
Complete necessary paperwork
Comply with relevant laws, rules, and procedures, including Packers and Stockyards
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong organizational skills
Communication skills - written and verbal including phone etiquette
Good work history including attendance
Team player among all shifts
Education, Experience, Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Bilingual (plus but not required)
Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
Experience in swine production, laws, regulations in human handling
Physical Requirements:
Desk work
Climbing stairs
A lot of walking
Exposed to different temperatures hot, cold, humid
The Applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
Base Salary: $43,320min-$48,736
Hours: 3rd Shift
