Position Summary
The Retail Store Operations Manager will play a leading role in the growth of Business Insights and Reporting, working collaboratively with Customer Support Center departments as well as Store and Field Management to manage the day to day and long-term goals of the portfolio. This role will manage and support the execution, development, implementation and evolution of strategic initiatives and programs across several related but varied subject matter areas. These areas include, but are not limited to:
Retail Store and Field Alignment
Retail Business Insights & Reporting Tools & Applications
Operations Support Liaison across Retail Organization
This position requires strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills to drive initiatives and actions to realize established goals, outcomes, and timelines. Additionally, this role requires general proficiency in SQL, Python and Excel which are used frequently to develop insights and tools.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with corporate and field partners to manage and maintain our retail alignment structure for field leaders
Lead the development and deployment of new tools and applications that deliver easy to use, meaningful data to store and field leaders
Ability to review and understand business processes and KPIs to oversee the development of a reporting culture that monitors and evaluates success
Identify and deliver operational initiatives that enhance the tools and applications used by our store/field teams
Support operational initiatives that drive supply cost reduction and enhance sustainability efforts
Drive programs within the team to deliver outcomes, targets, and financial expectations
Lead discussions with store/field colleagues to collect feedback and utilize the information provided to recommend next steps for portfolio management and strategy
Effectively balance long term program development with day-to-day current state business needs
Create, review, present and articulate recommendations to internal, field, and leadership teams
Prepare material and presentations in a way that can be easily understood by others who may not have the same background or expertise
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Healthcare, Operations, or knowledge of retail store and business system processes
2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office and additional reporting analytics applications
1+ years' experience in management (in retail field or corporate office setting)
Strong program management, interpersonal communication skills, and ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications:
High level of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects, simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadline
Ability to understand complex problems, identify root causes and remain goal-oriented within a dynamic environment
Experience leading and developing a team
Ability to use SQL, Python, Advanced Formulas in Excel, or any combination of the listed is highly preferred
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
