This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional (P4) to join the LADS Patriot Product Line (PPL) Radar IPT Finance Team. The successful candidate for this role will employ their technical knowledge of finance and program control, problem solving, communication and leadership skills. The candidate will work independently as well as partner cross-functionally across the product line and with Business Operations finance, Global Supply Chain (GSCM) finance and the various Program Offices in a fast-paced environment while executing similar scope on multiple programs.
This role supports a PMO that predominantly resides on the Eastern U.S. time zone. Onsite work can be done at the Andover, MA or Tewksbury, MA locations. Relocation assistance is not being provided.
What You Will Do
Quarterly EAC reviews
EVMS and Trend analysis
Baseline and processing Budget Change Requests (BCRs)
Manpower planning (IPT, ESPB)
Support proposal activities & pricing exercises
Financial responsibility for IPT (Integrated Product Team), ESPB (Engineering Support to Production Baseline) & NRE (Non-Recurring) efforts across the portfolio
Batting order simulations
Various ad hoc exercises
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Finance, Accounting or related field & 8 years of relevant experience; OR an Advanced degree and 5 years of relevant experience
Experience with data analysis and/or reporting
Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management)?. Or achieve EVMS Certification within 2 months of hiring
Experience with Estimates at Complete (EACs)
Qualifications We Prefer
Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines with high attention to detail and accuracy within a fast-paced environment
Ability to problem solve and identify issues with implementing corrective action plans that produce positive results
Experience with financial analysis related to a Manufacturing environment
Works independently and self-motivated
Experience interfacing with senior level management and customers, including formal presentations
Experienced user of SAP EVMS software, SAP Business Warehouse or equivalent systems and Microsoft tool suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Onsite : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
