Our client, a global leader in the healthcare sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Arden Hills, MN . As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of a collaborative environment supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, a sense of urgency, and a "can do" attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Arden Hills, MN 55112 [Schedule: Hybrid (In the office 3 days a week, preferably Mon - Wed or Tues - Thursday), Mon-Fri, 8am - 4:30pm ]

Pay Range: $23.50/HR + Benefits

Contract Duration: 12-Months, potential to hire

Job Function:

Perform general administrative duties including photocopying, coordinating meetings, and maintaining supplies.

Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing information on matters of moderate importance.

Answer complex functional questions that may require additional research and follow-up.

Anticipate and coordinate projects, organizing schedules to meet deadlines.

Manage confidential information and provide guidance regarding proprietary data.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience in customer service, HR, administrative, or similar roles

Computer savvy with a strong attention to detail

Customer service focused with a consultative approach to providing solutions

Ability to think outside the box and conduct research effectively

Experience using ServiceNow and AI scheduling tools is preferred.
