Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Azusa, California. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient communication. This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional multitasking abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality administrative support.

Responsibilities:

Manage and organize office tasks, including filing, scheduling, and maintaining records.

Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally and promptly.

Provide data entry support, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Assist with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing inquiries.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.

Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence efficiently.

Maintain office supplies by tracking inventory and placing orders when necessary.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Support various administrative projects and handle ad hoc tasks as assigned. Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.

Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer applications.

Welcoming demeanor and a focus on detail for receptionist duties.
