Truist Securities' Analyst Program begins with up to seven weeks of classroom instruction that consists of an introduction to capital markets, products and services, accounting, corporate finance, systems and financial modeling training designed to give Analysts all the tools they will need to be successful.
This Analyst position is for the Real Estate Investment Banking (REIB) Group and plays a meaningful role in supporting senior REIB professionals. This position will have ample opportunities for growth and exposure to a variety of transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, public debt issuances and advisory assignments. REIB's client base consists of public REITs, private equity funds, and national real estate developers and operators.
Analysts create and analyze financial models, develop client presentations, and conduct industry research. Analysts also serve as key members of advisory and capital raising transaction teams, providing analysis, drafting information memoranda, developing management and investor presentations, and facilitating the deal process from start to finish.
The Real Estate Investment Banking Analyst position is typically a two-year position. At the end of the two-year period, Analysts may be asked to remain in the role for an additional year.

This opportunity will be specifically for the Real Estate Investment Banking group and based in Atlanta, GA.
Minimum Requirements:
Completed BA/BS degree with a scheduled graduation of December 2025 or May/June 2026.
Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong written and oral communication skills
Willingness to commit substantial time and energy to the program
Must have been a 2025 Truist Intern
Preferred Requirements:
Business major
Experience in the real estate sector
Strong interest in finance and investment banking
Prior completion of Accounting or Finance coursework
High degree of academic and extracurricular achievement
1 year of Investment Banking experience.
1 year of related work experience since graduation from an undergraduate program
Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
