Kelly Services is hiring a Temp-to-Hire Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist for an industry-leading traffic control company. If you're detail-driven, customer-focused, and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!

In this position, you'll be the backbone of the billing and collections process-ensuring timely invoicing, smooth payments, and exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing:

? Apply daily cash receipts accurately and efficiently

? Monitor customer accounts and coordinate payment resolutions

? Partner with customers and internal teams to resolve collection issues

? Reduce delinquency rates and support organizational goals

? Lead invoice dispute resolutions across departments

? Escalate issues as needed to keep the process moving

? Maintain professional, cooperative customer relationships

? Jump in on special projects and team initiatives

What You Bring to the Table:

High school diploma or GED

1-3 years of experience in collections, cash application, or call center roles

Strong communication and customer service skills

Solid understanding of accounting principles and terminology

Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills

Critical thinker and problem solver

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); Great Plains and Salesforce a plus
