We're looking for aPurchasing Assistantto support our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be a key player in ensuring our supply chain runs like a well-oiled machine-managing orders, coordinating with suppliers, and keeping our inventory in check.

??? What You'll Do:

Process purchase orders for stock and direct-ship customer orders.

Confirm and update factory acknowledgements to keep timelines on track.

Expedite orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

Perform weekly inventory cycle counts and report findings to corporate.

Maintain accurate records of supplier pricing, part numbers, and contacts.

Verify new part numbers and reconcile invoice discrepancies.

Coordinate returns and resolve issues with damaged goods.

? What You Bring:

Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.

Strong Excel skills and comfort with purchase order systems.

A knack for staying organized and juggling multiple priorities.

Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn on the fly.

?? Bonus Points For:

Solid problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with inventory management systems.

A passion for process improvement and efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
