Location: Ash Flat, Arkansas

Pay: $18 per hour | Weekly Pay

Schedule : Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm

We're looking for a reliable, people first problem solver to join our team at Waste Connections . As a Customer Service Representative , you'll be the go-to person for our customers, answering phones, resolving issues, and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing:

Taking incoming calls and helping customers with service requests, changes, and account updates

Processing payments and answering billing questions

Keeping account information accurate and up to date

Working with drivers, dispatch and other team members to resolve issues efficiently and safely

Assist with any additional duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of high-volume customer service experience

Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred
