Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Bronxville, New York. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in organized environments and enjoys supporting day-to-day operations with precision and professionalism. The position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, including scheduling and coordinating meetings.

Answer and direct inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain and update records.

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, managing receptionist duties with a friendly demeanor.

Organize and maintain office files and documentation for easy accessibility.

Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.

Collaborate with team members to support various administrative functions.

Monitor office supplies and place orders to maintain inventory.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative or receptionist roles.

Strong proficiency in answering phone calls and managing inquiries.

Demonstrated ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to maintain a welcoming and detail-oriented demeanor when interacting with visitors.

Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
