Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development: Proactively seek out new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and building a strong client base. Utilize various sales techniques and strategies to engage prospects and leads into satisfied policyholders.

Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by offering personalized service and tailored insurance solutions. Regularly review existing policies and recommend appropriate adjustments to ensure clients have adequate coverage.

Insurance Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Insurance products, services, and underwriting guidelines. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitors to provide knowledgeable advice and maintain a competitive edge.

Needs Assessment and Consultation: Conduct comprehensive insurance needs assessments for individuals and businesses. Educate clients on available coverage options and guide them in selecting policies that best meet their specific requirements.

Policy Management: Assist clients with policy modifications, renewals, and claims processing. Ensure all client interactions are documented accurately and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members and management to achieve agency goals and objectives. Participate in training sessions, meetings, and collaborative initiatives to enhance personal and professional development.

Community Engagement: Represent A Maxie Insurance Agency at community events, networking functions, and other opportunities to promote our services and build brand awareness.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the insurance industry is preferred but not required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients protect their assets and achieve peace of mind.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client accounts.

Proficiency in using technology and software applications for managing client relationships and processing transactions.

A valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one within a specified time frame.
