At our Distribution Centers, we begin to instill that feeling with every package we carefully ship to our customers' homes and into our award-winning stores. As part of the team here, you'll ensure every product we sell online or in-stores is delivered on time and with quality, ensuring our customers are amazed and delighted with their selection.

A day in the life as a Home Delivery Customer Service Associate...

Interact with the stores and Distribution Centers to provide accurate order processing and service levels for the distribution of merchandise.

Act as a liaison between stores and service providers to be responsive to customer needs and requests

Develop and maintain a relationship with stores and customer service managers, and participate in store CS meetings

Provide periodic audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy

Review and publish reports for invoicing, auditing, claims/chargebacks, and metrics reporting

What you'll bring to the table...

High School diploma/GED or equivalent

Proven proficiency in English language skills

Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Word, Excel, Outlook knowledge

Basic math knowledge

Minimum Starting Rate: $19.25 Hourly

Up to: $24.06 Hourly

Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
