We are seeking a self-motivated & deeply technical Product Manager II to engage with customers in our newly launched Copilot Agents TAP100 program and integrate Agents into users business workflows. This role is a ground-breaking opportunity to shape the future of AI for users across all business functions. You will be at the forefront of helping develop cutting-edge AI solutions, engaging customers to understand their technical and business needs, and driving the evolution of M365 Copilot and underlying infrastructure components like Copilot Connectors, LLMs and APIs. Microsoft 365 Copilot Customer & Partner Ecosystem (CAPE) Team
We collaborate with customers and strategic ISVs globally to drive innovation and deliver exceptional solutions. Our team also oversees the Microsoft Teams Product and Platform Ecosystem, which includes Collaborative Apps, Core, Calling, Meetings, and Copilot in Teams. Teams is one the most important interface for Copilot and we continue to invest in enhancing the Teams experience for over 300M users and empowering users with cutting-edge tools and features.
This position is based at the Redmond campus and supports 50% work on-site and 50% work from home.

Responsibilities
Agents integration and feedback
Understand the business value and technical dependencies of pre-release agents and influence our early adopters to deploy these AI agents in their work life.
Act as the bridge between customers and engineering, deeply understanding AI adoption challenges and feature needs. Evaluate and influence stakeholders to prioritize the right agent development model to exceed customer productivity demands.
Engage with business users, data scientists, and IT teams worldwide to gather insights and prioritize technical features.
Technical excellence
Drive the technical validation of Microsoft's AI infrastructure like Copilot APIs, Graph Connectors and more, ensuring quality, scalability, security, and efficiency.
Ability to understand and develop custom solutions and Agents using development tools such as Copilot Studio.
Demonstrate deep expertise in cloud-based AI/ML services, containerized workloads.
Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for AI infrastructure evolution.
Demonstrate modern engineering excellence through cutting-edge customer testing & validation methodologies.
Global Collaboration:
Collaborate with engineering teams worldwide to align on shipping criteria and ensure seamless execution of product validation strategies.
Work with our global organization to develop an agile and structured customer engagement plan.
Foster a culture of knowledge-sharing and teamwork across geographically distributed teams to build best-in-class AI infrastructure.
Thought Leadership & Industry Influence:
Stay ahead of AI infrastructure trends, open-source technologies, and cloud advancements.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer. forums including onsite visits to observe users.
Drive technical content creation, including blogs, whitepapers, and webinars.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
OR equivalent experience.
1+ years experience working with AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and data pipelines. Ability to partner effectively with other product managers and engineering teams to deliver complex technical solutions.
Experienced translating complex AI technologies into intuitive and accessible user experiences.
Experienced working with AI tools such as Copilot Studio, Copilot/Graph connectors, Power Automate, UiPath OR similar tools/technologies.
Experienced engaging directly with customers to gather requirements and deliver solutions OR troubleshoot complex issues.
Experienced creating AI agents, assessing business need and delivering Proof?of Concepts (PoC)/Pilots for customers that lead to production deployments.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check : This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of experience as Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) for AI applications or tools
Demonstrated strategic thinking and the ability to influence
Deep interest in AI and its potential to transform business workflows.
Product Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
