Finance Director of IGS Integrated Supply Chain Finance

You will play a crucial role in driving financial performance and optimizing supply chain operations. By providing financial guidance and support, you will contribute to improving business performance and profitability. Your strategic decision-making and financial analysis skills will help identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements within the supply chain. This will result in increased cost efficiency and enhanced overall supply chain effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business plans to achieve organizational goals

Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on data driven insights

Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning

Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track business performance and identify areas for improvement

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of business analysis and planning activities

Lead and manage the Integrated Supply Chain Finance team, providing financial guidance and support to drive business performance and profitability.

Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize supply chain operations and improve cost efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of supply chain finance principles, cost accounting, and financial analysis.

Proven track record of driving financial performance and process improvements in a complex, global organization.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.

WE VALUE

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with a focus on supply chain.
