Apple is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Business Process Transformation Program Manager to join the WW Channel Sales Finance team to reimagine our Sales and Sales Finance business processes. The channel sales organization is responsible for managing Apple's commercial relationships with resellers around the world. In this role, you will partner with worldwide and regional leads in finance, sales, operations, legal, as well as other key technical partners, to drive workflow optimization through process, data and technology solutions. You will be responsible for driving cross-functional teams to implement new ways of working in areas such as contra revenue, back margin, commissions, OPEX programs, headcount dollars and programs, etc. with an emphasis on leveraging process reengineering, automation and AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and insight generation. This impactful role blends program management, business product ownership, and process innovation and is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, systems thinking, and execution.
You will work with a Business Process Manager and a team of functional subject-matter experts (SMEs) across Sales, Sales Finance, Operations and Technology to identify bottlenecks, design scalable solutions, and lead initiatives from discovery to concept to measurable outcomes. You will be responsible for defining high-impact goals, breaking them into actionable work streams, and driving successful delivery.

Success requires an individual to think strategically, connecting the dots of the bigger picture, as well as being comfortable in the details of the all key deliverables. You must be self-motivated, comfortable working with minimal direction in a global, fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment. You have exceptional analytical skills, a maniacal attention to detail, and a proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
You'll connect the dots, build trust and understanding between groups, and orchestrate the activities needed to make your projects successful. The position will require the ability to complete complex business process analysis, develop and gain alignment on business process strategies, and be confident and competent as the face of Sales in discussions with cross functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have deep program management experience and be self-directed, motivated, and comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment.

Cross Functional Leadership
Secure buy-in from key stakeholders and enlist their help in being part of the solution
Work with global cross-functional leadership to define and align on long-term vision and roadmap
Gain alignment on define current and ideal state processes and priorities with global cross-functional teams
Work closely with Business Process Re-Engineering and IT teams to manage and implement end-to-end process improvements
Program Management & Process Analysis
Run E2E programs from idea funnel, discovery, scoping, requirement gathering, building, and implementation
Create execution plans with defined milestones, timelines, success metrics, owners, budgets, dependencies and risks - ensure initiatives are delivered on time and on budget.
Prioritize process improvements that balance the needs of different teams while providing the most overall benefit to Apple
Define and implement critical program success metrics
Define quick wins vs long term roadmap vision, and necessary execution to get there
Facilitate detailed discovery of current and future state business process mapping
Technical Acumen
Work closely with technical teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs
Partner with technical teams to rightsize and identify solutions to build a strong data foundation, explore automation and AI/ML capabilities to address business challenges
Conduct detailed data analysis or data gathering to assess a business challenge
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience of industry experience in corporate finance, revenue management, sales planning, or sales operations
3+ years experience in program management, management consulting, enterprise process/digital transformation role
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering or related field required
Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record of leading strategic programs, combined with the ability to execute tactical project-level activities and tasks
Experience implementing enterprise scale process and or systems
Experience planning, managing, and successfully delivering large cross-functional projects
Proficient knowledge of systems implementation and development lifecycles
Experience establishing project structure for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinating cross-project initiatives
Experience with global projects incorporating regional and country-specific details
Broad exposure to sales, business development, finance, finance operations and legal
Technical acumen required to effectively discuss and strategize on solutions with IT teams
Proven ability of business process mapping and other process analysis techniques
Have a deep understanding of the capabilities and limitations of different data systems and tools. Ability to get your hands dirty with detailed data and systems analysis
Outstanding verbal & written communication skills
Experience presenting and making recommendations to senior level executives with short and long term roadmaps
Proven ability to lead teams with or without direct reports; natural leader and motivator that can lead through influence
Clearly communicate the vision as well as the details of improvements in regular status updates with senior sales leaders.
Able to form cohesive project teams across organizations and groups to champion business process transformation
Collaborative, flexible, open working style and an ability to establish trust and credibility quickly
Self-directed, motivated, with an ability to learn quickly
Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and organization structure, without clear decision makers
International travel may be required
Master's degree preferred
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,900 and $207,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
