Working Hours: 4pm to 2am

Responsibilities

This role will serve as a frontline supervisor providing team leadership and functional expertise:

Direct management of sanitors and leads

Capability management and organizing training

Documentation verification and enforcement

Skill auditing and job sampling with leads

Self inspection program

PEM execution, plus PEM and annual validation management

Scheduling with MX and SCO Teams

Pest control program, inventory control management

Conducts performance coaching, provides individual feedback, and issues corrective action

Makes daily decisions impacting the business

Handles all team performance and personnel issues

Manages time and payroll systems

Compensation and Benefits:

The expected compensation range for this position is between $53,600 - $80,450.

Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually.

Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required

Associates degree or equivalent background preferred

Experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Operations Preferred

3 + years experience in Supervising Others Preferred

Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Experience in Coaching and Monitoring Performance of Others - Take Others With You

Able to Instruct and Teach Others

Skills in Organizing, Planning and Prioritizing Work

Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Capabilities

Knowledge of General Regulatory and Food Safety Processes and Procedures

Mechanical and Technical Aptitude
