Job Title: Payroll Clerk

Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to support our timekeeping operations during a system transition. This temporary role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys ensuring accuracy across high-volume tasks.

Responsibilities

Enter approximately 500 weekly timecards into the current time system with precision and efficiency.

Serve as the primary liaison between the Payroll and Operations teams for timecard-related inquiries and issue resolution.

Identify and address missing entries to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.

Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the department during the transition.

Essential Skills

2+ years of payroll experience for at least 100+ employees.

Experience with any payroll software.

Proficient in MS Office.

HS Diploma or Degree.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

A degree would be nice to have.

Work Environment

This position operates within a manufacturing office environment, which is very clean and updated. The manufacturing floor is incredibly clean and quiet. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
