HOURLY RATE: $22.90 **Eligible for quarterly bonus and overtime
SUMMARY:
Remove completed mattresses and box springs from the conveyor belt and load the products on to a trailer using a cart.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Verify tags to match the load number and that the tag is scanned.
Organize load within the trailer according to the order of stops.
Reviews the shipping order to ensure all items have been loaded
Assist with operating or loading the palletizer for Costco products.
Must be able to perform each essential job function.
Cleans work area and follows proper safety procedures.
Sweeps floors as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Standing and walking during entire shift.
Frequently required to lift 60lbs.
Regularly works near moving mechanical parts.
Continuous pushing and pulling a wheeled cart containing the finished units.
Frequent overhead lifting pushing and pulling when loading finished units horizontally on top of upright units in the trailer.
Warehouse work, noisy and temps usually close to outside temperatures.
Must be 18 years old or older.
Must be able to work overtime with short notice.
Some Saturday work required.
