Location: 11801 South Fwy., Burleson, TX 76028

Our care for patients extend to the spiritual level by praying with patients and families and providing on call, 24 hours, 7 days a week Chaplains for spiritual support.

Located about 10 minutes from downtown Fort Worth and near TCU in the award-winning school district, Burleson ISD which also provides a low-cost of living.

The role youll contribute:

Under general supervision of a department leadership this position provides administrative support and general secretarial services. Responsibilities may include document preparation and distribution, arranging meetings, scheduling, generating reports, greeting visitors, and maintaining files. This position requires the use of independent judgement and experience to complete tasks. Role requires appropriate handling of confidential information. Role may support multiple Departments/Leaders. May provide project management, assistance with budget planning and tracking, statistical reporting, or other data tasks as required by the department.

Answers, evaluates, and appropriately responds to phone calls, correspondence, electronic mail, visits, and other inquiries

Provides administrative support, relaying messages, arranging appointments and filing

Creates documents, prepares correspondence, and produces copies

Creates reports and presentations

Prepares, edits and distributes reports, agendas, letters, meeting minutes, and other documents

Makes decisions on schedules, organizes and plans work

Requires the use of creativity and latitude

Maintains organized files and office equipment

Meets department set SLA/performance standard

May be required to manage time and attendance

May be required to provide travel arrangements

May be required to conduct/participate in event planning

May assist with processing of invoices and helps prepare monthly expense reports

Performs other duties as assigned

The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed **:

Minimum qualifications** :

High School Diploma or GED

Two years of related experience

Notary preferred
