Our client is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead the charge in driving digital engagement, campaign performance, and sales growth. This is a full-time, in-office role based at their corporate headquarters in Tukwila, WA---ideal for someone ready to take full ownership of the marketing function. ### What You'll be Doing... - Own and manage our company websites (Magento experience a plus)---keep content updated, SEO-optimized, and visually aligned with campaign goals. - Execute digital marketing strategies including SEO, blogging, email campaigns, and social media management. - Design visually compelling assets using InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop to support multi-channel campaigns. - Write and edit high-quality content across web, email, and social platforms. - Develop and deploy targeted email campaigns using CRM data and platforms like MailChimp. - Build and manage integrated campaigns that generate leads and drive measurable sales conversions. - Collaborate with internal teams and third-party contractors to meet project goals and timelines. ### ### Here's what your work history needs to show as evidence that you're the right candidate... - 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (wholesale distribution background is a plus). - Strong digital marketing skills, including working knowledge of HTML/CSS (no coding required). - Experience with Magento or other CMS platforms. - A strategic thinker with exceptional project management and time management skills. - Proven ability to hold others accountable to timelines and deliverables. - Results-oriented---focused on what drives sales, not just completing tasks. - Able to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing channels and materials. - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. ### ### Here's the important details: - Salary range: $80,000--$100,000 annually (Exempt) - Location: Tukwila, WA - This is an onsite-only position---remote or hybrid work is not available.
