We are looking for a Director of Finance to support the PacSci EMC business unit, an operating company under the Ralliant umbrella.
In this influential role, you will need to be a strong leader with a positive approach. You must have the ability to partner cross organizationally to move the business forward. Your objective will be to lead from the front leveraging strength in navigating ambiguity and complex problem solving in a fast paced and high expectations environment to proactively develop and execute profitable growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leaders for goal setting, performance to forecasts, influence business growth, margin expansion, and strategic initiatives
Own and lead P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow performance
Proactively manage planning cycles including budgets, forecasts, and strategy planning & deployment
Understand business drivers leveraging financials to drive the business forward providing strategic roadmap analysis with a focus on growth and margin expansion
Prepare detailed, accurate, timely reporting to brief senior management and corporate stakeholders on financial and operational execution including insights to successfully countermeasure risks and realize opportunities
Collaborate with all departments to support business functions including research and development, business development, pricing, contracts, manufacturing, supply chain, program management, IT, HR.
Strong people leader with a track record of driving business results through building engaged, high-performing, agile teams
Proven capability of lean/continuous improvement including demonstrated exceptional change management skills with business sustainment through structured problem solving
Ensure strict adherence to business ethics and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or related field is required
Ten plus years of progressive experience, including a background in companies with revenues of $500 million or more
Experience supporting commercial and operational functions in a manufacturing business
Demonstrated history of accomplishments in complex and fast-paced operating environments, driving and implementing change, and standardizing processes
Strong understanding of financial statement functions and reporting
Ability to analyze strategic initiatives, influence data driven decisions, navigate ambiguity, solve multifaceted problems
Strong business partnership, stakeholder management, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities in a highly matrixed organization
Proven track record of creative problem solving and change management
In-depth knowledge of public corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices
Strong leading, coaching, analytical and influence skills to manage and motivate a staff of financial professionals and to guide analysis of complex issues
Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive attitude, coupled with flawless execution skills
Demonstrated accomplishments in continuous improvement and lean processes
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA and/or CPA
Experience with USG accounting and compliance
M&A due diligence and integration experience

Pay Range
The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 139,300.00 - 258,700.00
