Description
Amazon is seeking an intuitive, trustworthy, customer-obsessed and self-motivated Executive Assistant to join its Kuiper Infrastructure Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization that manages $6B in annual capital expenditures and supports over 3,500 employees across research & development, manufacturing operations, and supply chain functions.
You must independently make decisions and solve complex problems with minimal guidance while demonstrating excellent judgment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you will interact professionally with colleagues at all levels and handle sensitive situations with discretion. We're looking for a strategic thinker who aspires to go beyond traditional administrative duties - not "just an admin" but a true partner to our leaders in supporting Kuiper's mission to deploy world-class satellite internet infrastructure.
This role requires five (5) days a week in office.
Key job responsibilities
Manage comprehensive calendar operations for senior finance leadership across multiple time zones, including complex scheduling for financial reviews, operational meetings, and cross-functional coordination across Kuiper business partners (Manufacturing, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Ground Systems, Customer Terminals) and key external partners (AWS Infrastructure, LAB 126, EERO, contract manufacturers, suppliers); partner closely with other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless coordination
Drive preparation, drafting, and editing of critical financial materials, including weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews, contract negotiations, supplier reviews, and financial reporting packages; maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial and operational information; assist in preparing and distributing presentation materials
Own end-to-end meeting and event execution, including staff meetings, financial planning sessions, operational reviews, all-hands meetings, and team off-sites across satellite manufacturing, ground systems, and customer terminals divisions; track and drive completion of key action items and deliverables
Manage all travel and expense operations for finance leadership, including domestic and international travel coordination, expense report processing and tracking, and logistics
Serve as key liaison between finance leadership and their direct reports, coordinating space management (including moves and reconfigurations), recruitment initiatives, and organizational development while supporting documentation management for ASIC development programs and manufacturing cost modeling; partner with leadership team and recruiting on organizational initiatives
Lead special project initiatives related to process improvement, cost efficiency, and administrative optimization while maintaining tracking systems for deliverables across quality control, manufacturing operations, and reporting groups; manage confidential documentation related to capital expenditures, procurement, and supplier agreements
