Are you a dependable, detail-oriented warehouse professional looking to grow with a dynamic organization? Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Technician for a busy logistics and distribution facility in Worcester, PA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multi-task across departments, and is committed to maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency.
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:45 AM - 6:00 PM
What You'll Do:
Perform a variety of warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, inspection, and inventory control
Use ERP systems to scan and receive documentation
Pick and verify orders against shipping documents, inspecting for accuracy and damages
Assist in packing and pallet wrapping for outgoing shipments
Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided)
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain clean and organized workspaces using 5S methodology
Assist with troubleshooting basic order and inventory issues
Comply with all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies
Support product quality efforts and escalate issues when necessary
Complete all required training and documentation in a timely manner
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
1+ years of warehouse experience in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (TWL and RF scanner experience preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong attention to detail
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, shipping/receiving software)
Willingness to adapt and work collaboratively as part of a team
Adherence to all workplace safety standards and protocols
