Administrative Assistant

Job Title: Receptionist

Type: Part-time - 20-30 hours/week

Shift: Mornings

Pay: $20/hour

Location: Troy, NY

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude.

Answer and direct phone calls in a timely manner.

Manage and maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.

Handle inquiries from clients, customers, and employees.

Coordinate and schedule appointments as necessary.

Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access through the reception desk.

Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and emailing.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven work experience in a receptionist, front office, or customer service role is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
