Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join their team. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting high-quality food safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Operator

Location: Owatonna, MN

Pay Rate: $19 per hour

What's the Job?

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a hazard-free work area.

Verify and feed raw materials into the production process to ensure quality standards.

Monitor machinery for malfunctions and report any unusual problems or safety issues.

Maintain accurate production records and check yields to investigate discrepancies.

Clean workstation and equipment at shift-end, following all sanitation rules and procedures.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Must be able to read, write, perform basic mathematical calculations, and accurately record data.

Ability to frequently stand, walk, kneel, reach, climb, pull, and bend with full range of body motion.

Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
