Job Title: Marketing Specialist
Location: Gwinn, MI
Pay Range: $50,000 to $62,000 depending on education and experience
Shift: M-F 8AM-4:30PM
What's the Job?
Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, email, direct mail, etc.).
Develop and layout magazine ads, brochures, advertising campaigns, blog posts, newsletters, and other communications.
Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns and strategies.
Create or assist in the creation of videos promoting products, from script development to shooting and editing.
Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
What's Needed?
BS/BA in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
3-5 years' proven experience as Marketing Specialist or work in a similar role; experience working in the industrial sector preferred.
Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro) and applications (email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, etc.).
Exceptional communication and writing skills, especially technical writing.
Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
