This opening is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to utilize and grow their skills in a highly automated facility. Our plant is clean, fast paced, climate controlled and high tech.

What you can look forward to as a Supply Chain Supervisor/Local Process Expert:

Manage all warehouse operations including leading of team of 6-8 employees across a three-shift operation. This is a day shift position but will need to support any issues that arise on the off shifts.

Ensure plant/department goals and objectives are accomplished. Meet shipping and receiving requirements while ensuring team is adequately trained.

Handle corrective action/discipline.

Foster participation and teamwork by encouraging employee involvement, soliciting input on process improvements, and using employee ideas whenever appropriate.

Responsible for employee and department performance, safety performance, thorough accident/near miss investigations, and perform required layered process audits.

Lead continuous improvement plans and activities of a team.

Your profile as a Supply Chain Supervisor/Local Process Expert:

1+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience.

Must possess knowledge in manufacturing processes and procedures. Warehouse experience highly preferred.

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.

Must have organizational skills, solid interpersonal skills, effective problem-solving skills, good computer skills (experienced with Microsoft Office preferred) and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Must have a strong working knowledge of the SAP application.

High School diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
